Ohio State Quarterback Notes (2009)


Notes about the four QBs on the Ohio State football roster:
 Terrelle Pryor #2:
    Height: 6' 6"
    Weight: 235 lbs.
    Sophomore from Jeannette (PA)
    Had a 8-1 record as a freshman at OSU, ran a 4.33 forty (the fastest buckeye ever), threw for a career high 226 yards against PSU, scored the winning touchdown against Wisconsin, caught a TD pass against Texas in the Fiesta Bowl, two sport star in HS, majoring in Criminal Law.
 Joe Bauserman #14:
    Height: 6' 2"
    Weight: 220 lbs.
    Sophomore from Lincoln (Strasburg, VA)
    Joined the team as a walk-on, son of John and Joy Bauserman, has one brother, J.D., avid outdoors man, all-state in Virginia and Florida in football and baseball, threw for 3,000 yards and 28 TD as a junior and 2,000 yards at 27 TD as a senior, played 4 years in the Pittsburgh Pirate's minor league system. Played some in the season opener against Navy.
 Kenny Guiton #13:
    Height: 6' 2"
    Weight: 178 lbs.
    Freshman from Eisenhower (Aldine, TX)
    His Jr. season, Guiton threw for 2,592 yards and 17 touchdowns. He also added another 300 yards rushing with 12 touchdowns. This year he threw for 1,670 yards and 17 TD's against 9 INT's. Kansas, Northwestern, Houston, Iowa State, Rice, Baylor and Purdue expressed interest in Guiton. "Dual-threat quarterback with unlimited potential".
 Justin Siems #17:
    Height: 6' 3"
    Weight: 215 lbs.
    Freshman from Providence (Charlotte)
    Most Prolific passer at North Carolina Tech. Justins record was 14-2 as a starter at North Carolina Tech. His biggest game was for 302 yards passing. Coach Newmans said that Justin is one of the Top 6 Quarterbacks he has coached. Decided between Elon, Virginia, NC State, and Ohio State. Walk-on.
